This cleaner is used to treat reductions in performance and malfunctions caused by a contaminated diesel particulate filter. By loosening and removing the carbon deposits in the particulate filter, full flow capacity of the filter is restored. The DPF does not have to be removed and it provides a cost effective way to regenerate a soiled filter. This product is suitable for all diesel engine types (e.g. turbocharged and naturally aspirated), in addition to those equipped and not equipped with active DPF regeneration.
